1、 Purpose:

Used for rough crushing of various materials such as rubber, plastic, and chemical materials, while also suitable for fiber processing of dimensional materials.

2、 Features:
This machine is a vertical axis type crushing machine, with a cross shear design for the crushing tool, which has good effects, low energy consumption, and low noise. The cutting tool is imported from Japan and can break rubber blocks with steel wires.

3、 Structural principle:
This machine is composed of four components: a frame, a motor, a feeding hopper, and a crushing mechanism. The material enters the powder chamber directly through the feeding hopper.
The purpose of crushing is achieved through the strong shearing of the moving and fixed knives with medium speed rotation. By adjusting the gap between the moving and fixed knives, control the size of the obtained particles. By controlling the screen, particles that meet the requirements are discharged from the discharge port, while materials that do not meet the requirements are further cut and crushed in the crushing chamber until they meet the requirements.

4、 Installation and operation:
1. After the equipment is in place, check if there are any hard metal or other debris in the crushing room.
2. Check if each set screw is loose, adjust the gap between the moving blade and the fixed blade according to the required particle size, and select the corresponding screen.
3. Start up: Start the motor and confirm that it is running normally. Feed from the feeding port.
